The PMA is approved by The Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) as a Main Provider on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP). The PMA also has Skills for Health – Quality Mark full endorsement, Skills for Care, Matrix Standard Accreditation, and is an ILM and City & Guilds Approved Centre and providers of excellence in primary care workforce development. We also hold Cyber Essentials accreditation, giving you the confidence that any data shared with the PMA is secure.

Earlier in 2021, The PMA was appointed by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) as a Gateway provider for The Kickstart Scheme, a UK-wide initiative (excluding Northern Ireland) to support 16-24 year olds in embarking on a career in the Health and Care sector. We are now accepting applications from employers for one or more placements on the PMA Kickstart Scheme.
