Project Description

Driving a High-Performance Culture. This PMA workshop looks at how leaders can create a high performing culture and fundamentally get the best from their teams. It focuses on building highly effective teams using theory from Lencioni (The Five Dysfunctions of a Team) and the Hackman High Performing Team assessment tool.

This workshop will help GPs to dissect what needs to be in place and how to identify this within their teams. The session will explore the skills to enable GPs to gain common agreement as to what needs to happen for a team to be high performing.

A core component of the workshop is also around leadership and the way individuals behave towards each other, setting the tone for authentic leadership and effective role modelling.

An intensive one-day workshop for those in leadership roles who wish to better explore and understand the impact they can make on those around them to develop a better business. All participants will discover things about themselves and gain a fundamental insight into how they can have a greater leadership impact. They will explore some of the critical issues that are associated with influencing a community of people to move towards higher objectives.

An intensive workshop that will assist you in becoming the best leader that you can be and the impact you have on those around you. The workshop will provide leadership training in the skills required to manage yourself and other people and demonstrates how excellent leadership transforms organisations.

There are major challenges facing the leaders of today who seek to shape organisations for tomorrow. New models of leadership are emerging to address these challenges, and these developments require a different approach to thinking. There is also an increasing demand for ethical and engaging leadership that enhances the performance and well-being of employees, as well as the performance of the organisation.

The core objectives of the workshop, to enable delegates to have:

  • A clear and confident grasp of their leadership style through achieving enhanced self-awareness of their strengths and how you can build on them to create the right culture.
  • Understanding of the current paradigms for leadership, and the implications for individual development and organisational change.
  • Apply the knowledge and skills learnt, to develop their own employee’s, colleague’s performance, and wellbeing, as well as the growth or change of the organisation.

The day will unfold with conversations and collaborative insights… all developed through group activities, supplemented by robust theory underpinnings, peer coaching and self -discovery.
