Project Description

An intensive one-day workshop for those in leadership roles who wish to better explore and understand the impact they can make on those around them to develop a better business.

All participants will discover things about themselves and gain a fundamental insight into how they can have a greater leadership impact. They will explore some of the critical issues that are associated with influencing a community of people to move towards higher objectives.

An intensive workshop that will assist you in becoming the best leader that you can be.

This short course will provide leadership training in the skills required to manage yourself and other people, and demonstrates how excellent leadership transforms organisations. There are major challenges facing the leaders of today who seek to shape organisations for tomorrow. New models of leadership are emerging to address these challenges, and these developments require a different approach to thinking. There is also an increasing demand for ethical and engaging leadership that enhances the performance and well-being of employees, as well as the performance of the organisation.
